Sourced from our Spring 2026 Capstone Program, Pipelines aims to address the disconnect between incarceration and employment. Without structured pathways, individuals face barriers to stable employment, increasing the likelihood of recidivism and long-term instability. By improving access and connection, Pipelines has the potential to strengthen workforce systems, support successful reentry, and create long-term community impact. Pipelines organizes existing resources into a clear, guided process that individuals can easily navigate, creating an equitable community for all.
